my story

Becoming your leadership development coach

I was raised by my mom, a dedicated nurse, and deeply shaped by my community. That early exposure to empathy and connection became my competitive advantage—and, ultimately, my coaching superpower.

After earning my B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina Central University and an M.S. in Leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University, I spent six years with Communities In Schools Charlotte-Mecklenburg.

I supported adjudicated youth and later served as the organization’s first Social Capital Team Lead, where I built a scalable model to help students form meaningful relationships and networks that would support them far beyond the classroom.

Offering custom leadership coaching services for organizations, teams, and professionals who want to grow with intention.

Since then, we've served with institutions like Bank of America, the City of Charlotte, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and the Brookings Institution.
